Please accept my written submission in SUPPORTof the Essence of Peregian Beach
development at 215 David Low Way Peregian Beach MCU16/0153 and REC16/0041.

I am happy to support this worthwhile development as the visitor accommodation proposed
will offer the perfect combination of location and boutique style motel facilities, all
surrounded by the National Park to the west and the patrolled beach to the east. This style
of accommodation is lacking in Peregian Beach proper and as a tourist destination, we must
continue to evolve to meet the needs of the tourism market.

The Village traders will receive an enormous boost from having both visitors and residents
in such close vicinity and without this development and any improvements in the parking
facilities available in the Village, it will be difficult to achieve any growth in customers or
revenue.
