In April 2019, an application for a minor change to the approval and an application for operational
works were lodged with Council. The minor change application was returned due to proposed
works in the common property and the Operational works application was refused due to lack of
information.

The applicant met with Council officers on 16th September 2021 where revised plans and
engineering information were discussed. Council advised the applicant to lodge a minor change
application and amendment to the infrastructure agreement.
