5.0        Conclusion
The above minor change application has been submitted to the Noosa Council as the Assessment
Manager of the application under the Planning Act 2016. The changes include alterations to the
approved layout of the Tourist Villas as well as alterations to the built form which provide a lesser
impact on the area. The proposed changes are considered to be a minor change in accordance
with the Act and provide for tourist accommodation in a bushland setting. Councils support for the
application is requested.
