Building Height
The proposed new building on the site exceeds the 2 storey maximum building height for the
Noosaville Industry zone. The building has a 2 storey presentation to Rene Street but is
predominantly 3 storeys when along its other elevations. Approximately the rear 2/3rds of the
eastern side elevation is 3 storeys and all of the rear elevation and western (internal)
elevation present as 3 storeys. Extracts of the building elevations are shown below.
