boundary and unformed for its length abutting the land. All existing farm dams within the property are

            Discussion
The proposed minor change involves locating a single unit dwelling within the southern corner on the east
            side of the large dam.
The original Bushfire Hazard Assessment states:
“at the time of our site inspection, the regrowth could be considered to be predominantly a notophyll vine
forest in terms of its bushfire hazard profile.”
The vegetation remains in the same condition as the assessment in 2019 and is considered to be
transitioning from a timber plantation to a microphyll and notophyll vine forest with Araucaria cunninghamii
(Hoop pine) and some eucalypt species as emergent species.
Lands to the south in Lot 5 RP851976 contain dwelling houses, ancillary sheds and vehicle access tracks
with some amenity vegetation. The remaining land is partially vegetated with a grazed pasture understory.
The proposed cabin is located adjacent the residential section and not considered a bushfire prone area.
There are no bushfire hazards within 100 metres of the proposed location and the site is subject to a low
            bushfire hazard.
Attachment 1 contains the layout plan for the whole of site and indicates the location of Visitor
Accommodation Unit 4 to the south of the approved Caretakers (Application no. MCU19/0053).
