6.5      Drainage
Adequate site drainage must be installed to ensure that surface water runoff is directed away from
pavements and footings. All excess stormwater should be piped or channeled into the existing stormwater
infrastructure along Doonella Street.

6.6      Acid Sulfate Soils
As the proposed basement excavation will not extend below RL 5 m AHD, an acid sulfate soil investigation
is not warranted for this project.
