The reason why Council is not satisfied that the application is properly made is:
No application has been lodged for relocating a heritage building.
The following action must be taken for the application to be properly made and assessment to commence:
Amend application form to include relocation of a heritage building.
Pursuant to the Planning Act 2016, the applicant is to take the action identified above within 20 business days starting the day after receiving this notice, or a further period agreed with, otherwise the application is taken to have not been made in accordance with section 3.7 of the Development Assessment Rules.
