Dear Patrick,

In relation to the abovementioned property and development application (MCU21/0193), on behalf of LiFT
Strength and Conditioning, we hereby submit the following information as requested in Council’s Information
Request dated 29th November 2021.

In accordance with section 13.2 of the Development Assessment Rules, we wish to advise that the applicant
is providing all of the information requested.

The following attachment is enclosed within this response:

          • Attachment 1 –Acoustic Report prepared by Acoustic Works.


Information Required by Council

    1.   An acoustic report prepared by a qualified acoustic engineer assessing the compliance of the use
         and outlining specific noise attenuation measures to ensure that the surrounding area is not impacted
         by the proposal and to ensure that the proposed activities does not impact sensitive receptor areas
         including tenants occupying neighbouring spaces.
