 Correspondence               Notice of Stopped Period Notice – Pursuant to s.32.2 of the
 Subject:                     Development Assessment Rules (Version 1.3)

We write on behalf of Lucy Jane Cottee and Christopher Graham Ferraro, regarding the
development application made over the abovementioned site.

The development application is currently in Part 5 – Decision of the development assessment
process as prescribed by the Development Assessment Rules (Version 1.3). We hereby
provide notice to Noosa Council (“the assessing authority”) stopping the current period for 80
days as follows:

     The current period will stop on 24 November 2020; and
     The current period will recommence on 25 March 2021 *.

* Excluding the public holidays on 25 December 2020 (Christmas Day), 26 December 2020
(Boxing Day), 01 January 2021 (New Years Day) and 26 January 2021 (Australia Day) in
addition to any day between 26 December 2020 and 01 January 2021 as per the
requirements of the Planning Act 2016.

Pursuant to s.32.6(b) of the Development Assessment Rules (Version 1.2) the cumulative
period will be reduced to zero (0) days and the balance of Part 5 – Decision being one (1) day
will continue until the 26 March 2021.
