Dear Patrick,

Response to Submissions and a Minor Change - Proposed ‘Boutique Hotel’, Noosa
Springs Golf and Spa Resort, 61 Noosa Springs Drive, Noosa Heads, described as Lot 4
on SP178340

Reference is made to our discussions and emails about the applicant’s intent to respond to
the submissions received during the public notification period. Further, undertake a “minor
change” to the proposal plans in response to some of the issues raised in the submissions
received, which have been considered.

This letter addresses the key issues raised in the submissions and the changes made to the
proposal plans in response. A complete set of the proposal plans has been provided for
clarity, given the changes already made in response to the information request, with some
additional changes now proposed. Further, the letter addresses the request for further
information in the emails received from Council on 14 February 2022 and 18 March 2022,
with respect to bushfire, odour, traffic, and parking.

The applicant has also responded to issues raised by the State Assessment Referral Agency
(SARA), primarily with respect to internal traffic management for the development. The
referral agency response was received on 5 May 2022 providing for conditions of approval,
which have been considered and accepted by the applicant.
