Equipment used on the site includes an electric forklift, tractor, lawn mower and
brushcutter.
Chemicals associated with the agricultural use are to be stored on the site above the 1%
AEP flood level.
An onsite manager is to live within the existing house located near Lake Macdonald Drive.
A site plan and photos of the existing greenhouse are included as Figures 1 - 5 below.
