As shown in the Table above, the Branch has improved on its financial targets with respect to
‘Core Activities’. It should also be noted that the above expenditure includes Customer Service
Obligation costs of approximately $66,000 (around 23% of the total) reflecting the provision of
general advice and management of complaints by customers which do not attract any fee
revenue.
