Dear Patrick, 

 

Reference is made to the Information Request that issued for the proposed “Boutique Hotel” development at the Noosa Springs Golf and Spa Resort at 61 Noosa Springs Drive, Noosa Heads. 

 

The Information Request issued on 23 July 2021 with a response due by 25 October 2021, which was subsequently extended by agreement until 19 November 2021. 

 

Pursuant to section 33 of the Development Assessment Rules, the applicant requests the response to the information request period under Part 3 be extended again by agreement to 3 December 2021. 

 

The reason for the request is because the consultants assisting with the application are extremely busy and some aspects of the response are yet to be finalised. 

 

Please confirm before 19 November 2021 the assessment manager agrees to extend the information request period to 3 December 2021.
