Dear Georgina,

In relation to the abovementioned development application (MCU22/0111) on behalf of H.L. NOMINEES PTY
LTD (A.C.N. 007 803 036) we hereby agree to Council’s Request to Extend by Agreement the current period
(Decision Period) in accordance with s.22.1(a) of the Development Assessment Rules 2017.

Council is advised that the applicant grants Council an extension of a further 5 Business Days.

   •   Original Decision Period date, commencing 14 July 2022, is 31 August 2022.

   •   Agreed Extended Decision Period date, commencing 14 July 2022, extended for 30 business days, is
       14 October 2022.

   •   Further Agreed Extended Decision Period date, commencing 14 July 2022, extended for a total of 50
       business days, is 11 November 2022.

   •   Revised Decision Period date, commencing 14 July 2022, extended for a total of 55 business days, is
       18 November 2022.
