Please find attached plans showing Noosa Council’s assets in the vicinity of your works.

These plans do not include private stormwater assets or connections.

Complete accuracy of these plans cannot be guaranteed. Details should be checked and proved
on-site before any works are carried out. All Utility Authorities should be contacted regarding the
existence of any underground services.

If you require stormwater legal point of discharge information, an application will be need to be
made to Council’s Planning & Development Department using a property information request form.

Works that are required to be carried out within the road reserve which includes the road, footpath
and/or nature-strips, may require you to complete an Operational Works application. For
information refer to consent to work within a council road reserve.

Any works proposed in a road reserve under the control of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) will
require TMR consent.

Damage caused to any Council asset or infrastructure to be reported immediately to Council’s
Customer Service department on (07) 5329 6500.
