        Re:    Application for a Development Approval for 155 Dwelling Units and
               Associated Facilities - Theatre, Restaurant, Shops & Function Rooms
               situated at Leslie Drive Noosa Heads described as Lot 3 SP 178323

        I refer to your application and the representations you have made in respect to
        Conditions 3, 8, 11.2, 11.4, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 20, 27, 40, 53, 64, 68, 78, 80, 81, 82.1.4,
        94. On 1 November 2007 Council decided to:

        A.     Agree to change conditions Agree to amend Conditions 8, 11.2, 11.4, 13, 14, 20,
               27, 40, 53, 68, 78, 80, 81, 82.1.4, 94.

        B.     Agree to delete Conditions 3, 18 & 64.

        C.     Refuse to Change/Delete Conditions 16 & 17

        D.      Issue a Negotiated Decision Notice.

        Details of the decision, with the amended conditions, are contained in the attached
        Negotiated Decision Notice.

        You have continuing appeal rights in respect of Council's decision on your application.
        Refer Section 4.1.27. of the Integrated Planning Act.
