2.1    Subject Site
5.     A site inspection has been undertaken by ADAMS + SPARKES as part of the preparation of this Town
       Planning Report. Observations from this inspection have been incorporated into the following sections
       of the report.

6.     Table 1 below provides a summary of the details applying to the subject site.
