2 Undertake pre-feasibility study for a Regional Art Gallery Director Community Services Analysis of current Regional Gallery complete. Brief for consultant drafted. On track @
ITQ to be submitted in February seeking suitable contractor to undertake first
stages of Pre-Feasibility Study.
3 Complete a major refurbishment of the Noosa Aquatic Community Facilities Manager Refurbishment of Noosa Aquatic Centre complete and centre re-opened to Completed @
Centre public.
4 Commence construction of the new Peregian Beach Director Community Services Tender contract awarded and car park completed. Successful contractor has Behind Schedule @
Community House entered liquidation which will trigger the need to re-tender the works and will
also cause project delays.
5 Complete Stage 1 of the Noosa North Shore Director Corporate Services Stage 1 redevelopment works completed in December 2019. Park reopening Completed Qo
Campground redevelopment date 20 January 2020.
6 Review options for mobile/ outreach library services Libraries & Galleries Manager Options for replacement scoped and assessed. Report to be considered by On track @
new Council in April/May 2020.
7 Adoption of Master Plans for the Noosa District Sports Community Development Manager Plans adopted by Council January 2020. On track @
