The resignation of the Manager People and Culture, will impact the capacity of the People and
Culture Branch in the short term and may affect the delivery of some initiatives.
The impacts of legislative changes and the increase in the number and complexity of complaints
has required reprioritisation of governance initiatives and strained existing staffing resources
within the Governance Branch.
