Re: Proposed Service Station and Convenience Store at
139 Eumundi Rd Noosaville Q 4566

Thomas Bradley and Associates is an environmental, geotechnical and geological consultancy
that has been operating in Noosa since 1989. We are writing to you to express our support for
this development.

Convenience is the key to our support for this proposal. We regularly engage with businesses
in all the main industrial precincts on the Sunshine Coast and Noosaville is the only precinct
that has no service station with attached convenience store. It seems out of step with the
requirements of most modern business areas.

It has been said Noosa Civic is an option however it is simply not convenient. To refuel and
grab a sandwich at the civic involves going to the service station, finding a park, going into
the complex to get a sandwich, getting back to the vehicle and then trying to find the exit from
the Civic car park. What should be a 10 minute exercise takes a half an hour hence we do not
go there.

We also believe a convenient lunch spot in easy walking distance from the auto park would
help reduce the general congestion in the area.
