Issue
The proposed site plan includes an ‘unapproved studio room’ towards the middle of the site. The studio room (and any other associated unapproved structures requiring approval) will need to be included in the development application to resolve the non-compliance with the Noosa Plan 2020 Rural Zone Code.
Information Required
Advise as to whether it is proposed to retain the unapproved studio on site;
Provide confirmation as to the proposed future use of the Existing Unapproved Studio room (i.e. Shed or Secondary Dwelling); and
Provide a floor plan for the studio, including any bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, or any other fixtures.
