         I support the application for the establishment of a shop (take away) at the above mentioned address. The use
         has planning merit in that it is,
              •   Located within a precinct that at present has limited opportunijies for workers meals and as such there is a need,
              •   It is suitably located to enable walking lessoning the impacts of cars and requirements for car parking,
              •   All food   roducts sold are roduced on site, and
           •      Providing economic 0        ortunities for em 10 ment and diversification of economic activities.
