The proposed telecommunication tower at 244 Tablelands Road fails to comply with the
requirements of Noosa Plan 2018 and in particular Part 8 Mary River Locality Plan and
Noosa Planning Scheme Policy 23 – Telecommunications Towers. Refer attached Table 1
which details how the application fails to comply with these plans.

It is your duty to assess the application for a telecommunications tower against the Noosa
Plan. The application is in clear breach of the Noosa Plan. I call on you to reject this
application for a telecommunications tower at 244 Tablelands Road, Cooran.
