6.5        Future (2026) Base Traffic Demands
Figure 6.3 shows the future (2016) base traffic demands, based on an application of an annual
growth rate of 3% for a period of 14 years (i.e. 10 years past an assumed 2016 completion date of
the project) to the 2012 traffic volumes.
