Dear Nadine,

In relation to the abovementioned development application (MCU22/0006 and 2201-27069 SRA), on behalf
of Cynthia Alexander we hereby notify Council and SARA that the applicant is suspending Council’s Decision
period in accordance with s.32 of the Development Assessment Rules 2017.

The applicant wishes to stop the Decision period for 20 business days.

SARA is advised that representations in relation to the Referral Agency’s Conditions will be submitted in
accordance with s. 30 of the Development Assessment Rules 2017.
