DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR OPERATIONAL WORKS (NON-STANDARD
VEHICLE CROSSOVER) AT 25 DWYER STREET, SUNSHINE BEACH (LOT 225
ON RP48111)

Please find enclosed a Development Permit for Operational Works (non-standard vehicle crossover) to be
assessed by Noosa Council. In support of this application please find enclosed:

    ●   DA Form 1;
    ●   Engineering Plans prepared by DME Projects.

The Council application fee will be paid upon receipt of a Council invoice.

The attached documentation has been prepared in accordance with the relevant sections of the Noosa
Plan 2020.
