Dear Mr Lowe,

RE: APPLICATION FOR OPERATIONAL WORKS (ARBORIST REPORT AND VEGETATION
MANAGEMENT PLAN, FAUNA MANAGEMENT PLAN, AND LANDSCAPING AND
REHABILITATION PLAN) - 44 HOY ROAD, LAKE MACDONALD (LOT 3 ON RP171041)

Please find enclosed a operational works application for landscaping and vegetation
clearing on land described above. The application includes a Vegetation Management
Plan, Fauna Management Plan, and Landscaping and Rehabilitation Plan in accordance
with Conditions 14, 15, 16, and 21 of Council’s development permit (RAL25/0001) for
Reconfiguring a Lot.

        14.      The existing trees identified for retention on lot 1 must be retained in
                 accordance with an Arborist Report for the development prepared by a
                 qualified person* and submitted for endorsement as part of a Development
                 Permit for Operational Works.

        15.      Vegetation removal within the Hoy Road reserve on the proposed services
                 alignment must be supported by an arborist report prepared by a qualified
                 person* and submitted for endorsement as part of a Development Permit
                 for Operational Works.

        16.      The land area identified as ‘Proposed Environment Covenant over Lot 9’ & in
                 accordance with Approved Plan, must be revegetated and rehabilitated* in
                 accordance with an operational works. The works must include a detailed
                 ecological rehabilitation plan, prepared by a suitably qualified person…

        21.      Vegetation must only be removed or disturbed in accordance with a Fauna
                 Management Plan (or part thereof) prepared by a qualified person* and
                 endorsed through an Operational Works approval.
