I write in support of the development application for Myall St in
Cooroy.

 

We have been residents of Cooroy for 15 years now and the land there has
to my knowledge never been used in that time and is probably not
suitable for much else, particularly with the new works to the Bruce Hwy
interchange immediately adjacent to the site.

 

I believe the development would bring both a range of services, some of
which have been noticeably lacking in the Cooroy area (caravan parking)
and more visitors to the town who will inject money into the local
economy and also create a small number of jobs that don’t exist at
present. 

 

I would urge you to approve the proposed development subject to it
meeting the required standards.
