Landslide Hazard and Steep Land

                 In accordance with Table 5.10.1, an
                 assessment of the Landslide Hazard and Steep
                 Land overlay code is not required as the
                 proposal is for a Dwelling House. A
                 Geotechnical Investigation has been prepared
                 by Tectonic which confirms the proposed
                 development has Low Risk of instability subject
                 to the recommendations in section 4.0 of the
                 report.
