In relation to the abovementioned development application RAL 24/0018 and Council’s Decision Notice
dated 23rd January 2025 on behalf of MA and TP Kennedy, we hereby notify Council that the applicant is
suspending the appeal period in accordance with s.32 of the Development Assessment Rules 2017.

Council is advised that representations in relation to the Conditions of the Decision Notice will be submitted
in accordance with s.75 of the Planning Act 2016.
