Hi Glen,

Please find attached amended perspective drawings for this development that better reflect the appearance of both the IT Digital Hub and the new Peregian Beach Community House buildings.  Also attached is more information about the guttering system to be used for the proposed roof design for the IT Digital Hub building.

The architects have advised that the proposed system will cater for a significant storm event and will be relatively maintenance free. Further, the proposed design is also subject to review by a hydraulic engineer at the detailed design stage. The note on the plan states:

Gutter detail  is not a typical box gutter as it  is open ended at both ends.  Water build up within gutter not  to exceed 30mm.

In accordance with section 350 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, the proposed drawings are not substantially different and constitute a ‘minor change’.

It is intended to commence public notification of the proposal on Friday, 10th June for 15 business days, finishing, Friday 1st July 2016.
