 1. Introduction
vT Consulting Engineers has been commissioned by Verve Building Design & Concepts to
prepare this engineering services report and stormwater management plan. The development
is located at 3 Garnet Street, Cooroy QLD 4563 (Lot 14 on RP845961). The site locality is
illustrated in Figure1.1. This report is being submitted to support the Development Approval
for the proposed Supermarket Development for Noosa Regional Council’s (NRC)
consideration.

The following report will detail civil engineering requirements for the development.
