Dear Sir/Madam,

INVITATION FOR COMMENTS ON PROPOSEDCHANGE OF
LEASE 90 NOOSA PDE, NOOSA HEADS QLD 4567 – LOT 32
N21854

I am writing to you today to vehemently oppose the proposed change of
zoning of the above mentioned case from Park and outdoor dining areas
to entertaining and dining business type 1 – food and beverages (Outdoor
dining)

I have been a resident of Noosa for the past 8 years and my family and I
have come to appreciate the tranquillity of the above mentioned area and
the freedom of dining area for young families whilst adults can enjoy a
fantastic meal from state of the art restaurants.

Noosa is famous for catering to the needs of the majority. I feel this
proposed change is:

   a) totally unnecessary as it will impact on the business of well
      established restaurants in the area
   b) incredibly inconvenient as it will take away a fantastic venue for
      young families to enjoy a relaxing environment to take children
      whilst enjoying the ambience of Noosa

I trust you receive this knowing that this change is definitely not catering
to the majority of Noosa rate payers
