Proposed Minor Change Application

We refer to the above project and submit for Council’s approval a Minor Change application to OPW16/0203.

The proposed change is in relation to Condition 1. We request to delete item 1a and provide supporting documentation to
comply with the remainder of Condition 1. Civil and Landscape drawings have been provided to satisfy conditions 1b to
1e. Note: Lighting has been provided as part of the intersection upgrade project at Elm Street / Pearsons Road
Intersection and shown on the drawings as existing. An arborist report has been provided to satisfy condition 1f. We
accept condition 1g and we have provided documentation from DTMR confirming that they are comfortable with Council
assessing and approving the footpath as it will be a Council asset. We confirm the drawings have been provided to
DTMR previously and their comments have been incorporated in the design.

As you are aware, the above documents have previous been provided and assessed under a separate application
(OPW20/0142). Therefore, we understand from discussions with Council that the plans have been thoroughly assessed
and will not require further assessment.

We understand the above constitutes a Minor Change to a Development Application. Please contact Ms Jessica
Rissman, (Palm Lake Works Representative) on 07 5552 1331 to discuss the application fee.

We request Council’s approval of the aforementioned changes to OPW16/0203.
