4. Completed Projects
While the third quarter has been impacted by flood and continued to experience a heated
construction market with ongoing material shortages, lengthy lead times, pricing increases and
contractor availability issues; 22.6% of capital expenditure has been completed this quarter
bringing total expenditure to 49.6% of the 2021/2022 budget. Moving forward into the final quarter
