Dear Denis,

On behalf of our client, Altum Constructions, we hereby notify that we have undertaken the following public
notification actions under s297 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 with respect to the above development
application:

     1. Provided written notice to the owners of all land adjoining the site by letter dated 4 May 2016;
     2. Published a notice in the Sunshine Coast Daily on 6 May 2016; and
     3. Placed three notices on the land in the way prescribed under a regulation on 6 May 2016.

The closing date for submissions is 30 May 2016. A Notice of Compliance will be forwarded to Council following
completion of public notification.
