site details
Background
The application has been submitted in response to a Council investigation. The applicant had purchased the boat lifting device and located it on the outside of the existing jetty. This location resulted in the boatlifting device being too close to the prolongation of the common boundary line between No 32 and No 34 Masthead Quay.
As part of the subject application the applicant is proposing to relocate the device to the inside of the existing jetty. The proposed location complies with the Waterways Works Code.
