3. Details of Submission
(we) Peter Free & Rhonda Free joint owners of 10 Ann Street, Noosaville, make the following submission:
As joint owners and rate payers of an adjacent residential property we are concerned that the type of Development has a
potential to provide Public nuisance and excessive noise, given the temporary nature of the occupants.

We believe that the privacy of our potential tenants on the North/East boundary will be impacted give the design of the
proposed dwelling and the amount of people it will potentially house at any given time.

From the acoustice report, we believe that the restrictions of Parties and Entertainment functions will be difficult to
manage and police and will impact greatly on the reidential area.
