NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE OF PUBLIC NOTIFICATION
DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FOR MATERIAL CHANGE OF USE - COMMERCIAL BUSINESS -
TYPE 2 MEDICAL INVOLVING BUILDING WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THE RELOCATION OF A
BUILDING WITHIN A HERITAGE CHARACTER AREA AND RECONFIGURING A LOT

45 AND 47A MAPLE STREET AND 9 MYALL STREET, COOROY
LOTS 15 & 18 ON C5605 AND LOTS 1 & 2 ON RP99323

We have undertaken and completed the public notification with respect to the above development
application in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act 2016 and the Development
Assessment Rules.

The public notification included:
(a) Publishing a notice in the Noosa Today on 17 July 2020 (copy of advertisement attached); and,
(b) Placing a notice on the premises in the way prescribed under the Development Assessment Rules
    from 17 July 2020 until 7 August 2020 (photo of the sign/s as erected on the land is attached); and,
(c) Giving a notice to the adjoining owners of all lots adjoining the premises. A list of the names and
    addresses and the date they were notified is attached to this notice.
