        The relevant FastTrack5 qualifying criteria checklist 5: Tidal works – coastal protection
         (operational work) for the nominated FastTrack5 trigger 10.17.3.1.1 has not been provided.

The application will not be accepted as properly referred until the following actions are taken:
    The total development application fee is paid to the SARA. Based on the information provided
       above, SARA calculates that $907 is currently outstanding.
    The FastTrack5 qualifying criteria checklist 5: Tidal works – coastal protection (operational work)
       is provided to SARA.

If the development doesn’t meet the FastTrack5 qualifying criteria checklist 5: Tidal works – coastal
protection (operational work), a standard assessment pathway will apply for trigger 10.17.3.1.1. Should
this be the case, SARA recommends that a response to the State code 8: Coastal development and tidal
works of the State Development Assessment Provisions (SDAP) is provided.

The above action must be completed within 20 business days of receiving this notice, or a further period
agreed with the SARA, to avoid your application lapsing.
