1.0Damp course under yellow tongue flooring on all deck areas.
2.0Cladding to cover floor joists on non deck areas.
3.0Decking flashing on ALL deck areas in all directions
4.0Window flashing on all windows and doors except where eave is hard on the window or door
4.1Flashing is be 25mm past the edge of the window.
4.2Larger flashing is required for 3+ door track
5.0Flashing over wall penetrations such as beams and joists etc
5.2Flashing to be installed 25mm past the edge A-04-01 - SECTION A-A
5.3Damp course flashing around penetration similar to a window edge flashing 1
5.4Seal beam to the claddings 1 : 50
5.5Install cover strips around the penetration and seal under the cover strips FOOTINGS TO ENGINEERS
6.0Use stops not cover strips on all corners DESIGNED
6.1Seal cladding to cover strips
7.0Damp course on all corners and over deck flashing
8.0Sisalation over damp course
9.0Horizontal joins on cladding to have over under flashing and cover strips.
10.0Timber joinery (Front doors and timber windows)
10.1Flashing to be installed 25mm past the edge
10.2Install damp course flashing
10.2.1Similar to a window edge flashing
10.3Seal to the claddings
10.4Install cover strips and seal under the cover strips
