		To the Assessment Manager - Noosa Council 
		
		Referring to Development Application MCU14/0096 at 3/15
and 4/15 Production St, Noosaville, QLD, 4566. Whilst not objecting to
the development application,  any planned development should be
conditioned to comply with environmental matters particularly in
relation to waste, storage of hazardous materials and odour management
on the site so any approved operations will not impact on future uses on
adjoining land including food and beverage production. 
		
		One concern we have is regarding the external storage
and waste tanks that will discharge to sewer. We respectfully request
Council considers imposing reasonable and relevant conditions to ensure
external tanks have adequate safeguards to protect from accidental
vehicle damage and acts of vandalism, as spillover into our property
would be undesirable (Lot 4, 42 Hoffman Drive, Noosaville, QLD, 4586. SP
244573).
