          RE:         Request to Extend Information Request Response Period
                      OPW 13/0022: 2 Lot Subdivision at 411 Black Pinch Road, Cootharaba


         We      are    writing on behalf of our clients Hans and Denise Herrle in relation to the OPW
         information request dated 24-1-13.


         To respond to the information request, we formally request that the Information Request
         response period be extended for a further 6 months until 24th March 2014 in accordance with
         section 279 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009.


         We look forward to Council issuing approval to this request for an extension.
