Maintenance and Capital Works Program:
The Theatre/Auditorium received some love with a repaint from cream to grey and acoustic
improvements with the installation of some acoustic panels. (photos attached)
Capital Works included:
   •    Air-conditioning- replaced 2 units in Theatre $137,225.00 (re photo attached).
   •    AV- new lighting console $62,689.00 (re photo attached)
   •    New LED theatre lights (ZEN funded) $76,991.20.
