     ACCOMMODATION AT 401 SUNRISE ROAD, TINBEERWAH
     The following material was presented to the meeting in relation to this item:

     Motion
     Moved:             Cr Wegener
     Seconded:          Cr Stewart
     That Council note the report by the Graduate Development Planner to the Planning &
     Environment Committee Meeting dated 9 August 2022 regarding Application No.
     MCU22/0067 for a Development Permit for a Material Change of Use for Short-term
     accommodation situated at 401 Sunrise Rd Tinbeerwah and request a further report from
     staff including reasons for refusal.

     That the motion be amended to read:
     That Council note the report by the Graduate Development Planner to the Planning &
     Environment Committee Meeting dated 9 August 2022 regarding Application No.
     MCU22/0067 for a Development Permit for a Material Change of Use for Short-term
     accommodation situated at 401 Sunrise Rd Tinbeerwah and request a further report from
     staff that provides advice on the potential grounds of refusal based on debate in the General
     Committee. including reasons for refusal.
