RE:      Development Permit for Material Change of Use (Dwelling House) on land at
         16 Pines Road, Cooroy (legally described as Lot 21 on SP308933)

On behalf of Chris Fraser and pursuant s.50 of the Planning Act 2016 I submit herewith a Development
Application on land at 16 Pines Road, Cooroy (legally described as Lot 21 on SP308933) for a Material
Change of Use to establish a dwelling house.

The following information has been provided to support the application

       Duly completed DA Form 1; and
       A Town Planning Report prepared by Innovative Planning Solutions which appends the
        proposal plans for the development and other supporting technical information.

I trust the above is relatively straightforward and I understand an invoice for payment of the Council
application fees will be emailed once the application has been processed.
