referred to Energex Limited in accordance with the Planning Act 2016.

In accordance with Schedule 10, Part 9, Division 2 of the Planning
Regulation 2017, the application has been assessed against the purposes of
the Electricity Act 1994 and Electrical Safety Act 2002. This response has
been provided pursuant to the requirements of section 56(1) of the Planning
Act 2016.

As an Advice agency to the application Energex Limited has no requirements
in relation to the proposed       Material Change of Use for Educational
establishment (Additional Demountable Buildings).
