               2.1. Site History
               Subject application seeks approval for the subject property’s first driveway, which is slightly not in
               accordance with council’s standard drawings RS-049 and RS-050.
               The applicant also proposes the construction of 200mm bund to direct runoff into existing
               stormwater pit. A site inspection of council officers considers this element to be acceptable, with
               its final location and alignment to be agreed upon at the prestart meeting.
