REPORT
1. PROPOSAL
The application seeks approval to expand on the existing 10m2 outdoor dining area of Tenancy 3
to have a combined total outdoor dining area of 19.84m2. The expansion to the dining area is
sought to enable the use of a portable outdoor kitchen bench to host cooking classes in addition
to the installation of two timber benches to provide customers with a more casual dining area with
direct outlook onto Gympie Terrace.
The cooking classes are to remain ancillary and subordinate to the restaurant use and are
proposed to be held:
10:30 am and 12:30 pm – 3 days a week; and
4:30 pm and 6:30 pm – 4 days a week.
