Supermarket situated at 5 Garnet Street was issued on 18 August 2016.
The approval allowed for the development of a single tenancy supermarket with a use area of
1,078m2 on the old Wimmers factory land which fronts Garnet Street and Wimmers Lane, Cooroy.
